Ingredients

  • Garlic Cloves
  • Fresh Rosemary
  • Red Onion
  • Smoked Ham
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Cannellini
  • Coarse Salt
  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Place garlic, rosemary, onion, ham and red pepper flakes in a food processor
  2. Pulse to finely chop
  3. Add beans, salt and pepper to taste
  4. Slowly add olive oil with motor running until beans are pureed and a spreadable consistency, about 1 minute
  5. Adjust seasonings and serve with thick potato chips, pita chips or sliced, toasted baguette slices
