Description
This is the only batter recipe i use, and i find it works the best for all types of foods.
Ingredients
- Flour
- Cornstarch
- Cayenne Pepper
- Garlic Salt
- Beer
- Eggs
- Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients
- Add liquid ingredients and mix well
- Allow batter to chill in refrigerator for a least 1 hour before using
- Dip food in batter and place into hot oil
