We have this every time we go camping with family–they are so good.
Ingredients
- Russet Potatoes
- Onions
- Bacon
Instructions
- Wash and slice potatoes in half
- Put a slice of onion between potatoes and wrap the slice of bacon around each
- Wrap in foil
- Throw on the grill for 1 hour or so, depending on the size of the potatoes
