Ingredients
- Avocado
- Reduced-fat Mayonnaise
- Lemon Juice
- Cracked Black Pepper
- Bread
- Smoked Salmon
- English Cucumbers
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper in a small bowl
- Thinly spread on bread and top with salmon, avocado and cucumber
- Serve with your favorite tea beverage
