Asian Pear Martini

For an asian-themed dinner party

Ingredients

• Sake
• Pear Liqueur
• Apple Juice
• Lemon
• Pear

Instructions

1. Fill a shaker halfway with ice cubes
2. Add in the sake, pear liqueur, and apple juice
3. Squeeze the juice from the lemon into the shaker
4. Gently stir the ingredients in a circular motion for 8-10 seconds being careful not to break the ice cubes
5. Strain the drink into a chilled cocktail glass
6. Garnish with a pear slice
