Transform "left-over" cinnamon rolls into a yummy warm bread pudding. This recipe was published in the southwest parent magazine.

Ingredients

  • Cinnamon Rolls
  • Pecans
  • Apple
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Vanilla
  • Sugar
  • Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Coat an 8 or 9-inch cake pan with nonstick spray
  2. Place the bread cubes in the pan and toss in the pecans and apples
  3. Blend the eggs, milk and sugar in a medium bowl
  4. Add vanilla
  5. Pour the mixture over the bread and let stand for about 20 minutes
  6. Bake in a 350f oven for about 45 minutes, until golden brown
  7. Cut into squares to serve
  8. Serve with warm maple syrup
