Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats
  • Rolled Barley
  • Cinnamon
  • Skim Milk
  • Yoghurt

Instructions

  1. Place oats and barley and milk and 3 / 4 cup water in pot
  2. Cook over moderate heat and bring to boil, stirring
  3. Reduce heat, simmer, stirring till thick, 5 or 6 minutes
  4. Spoon into bowls
  5. Serve with yoghurt
