Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • Butter
  • Salt And Pepper
  • Ground Beef
  • Onion
  • Red Enchilada Sauce
  • Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Slice the potatoes into 1 / 8 sections lengthwise
  2. Grease a glass baking dish with 2 tablespoons of the butter
  3. Put the potatoes in the pan and dot them with the remaining 2 tablespoons butter
  4. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper
