Ingredients

  • Iceberg Lettuce
  • Celery
  • Green Onion
  • Green Pepper
  • Frozen Peas
  • Light Mayonnaise
  • Splenda Sugar Substitute
  • Low-fat Cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, layer lettuce, celery, onions, pepper and peas
  2. Spread mayonnaise on top
  3. Sprinkle with splenda, then top with cheese
  4. Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 4 hours and up to 24 hours
