Between jobs in my field, i worked as a manager in a 5 star restaurant. This dressing was our most popular by far!

Very simple and delish!

Ingredients

  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Red Wine Vinegar
  • Strawberries
  • Sugar
  • Olive Oil
  • Onion
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Fresh Strawberries

Instructions

  1. Boil balsamic and red wine vinegar and strawberries
  2. Reduce by 3 / 4
  3. Add sugar, diced onion and parsley
  4. Simmer 10-15 minutes and cool
  5. When cooled, gradually whisk in the oil
