Ingredients

  • Peach Pie Filling
  • Peaches In Light Syrup
  • Brown Sugar
  • All-purpose Flour
  • Quick Oats
  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • Eggs
  • Sour Cream
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Baking Powder
  • Baking Soda
  • Salt
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Grease a 13×9-inch baking pan
  3. Stir together all filling ingredients in medium bowl and set aside for now
  4. Combine all topping ingredients in medium bowl until it resembles coarse crumbs
  5. Set aside
  6. Combine the sugar and 1 cup butter in a large mixer bowl
  7. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy
  8. Add eggs, the sour cream and vanilla extract
  9. Continue beating, scraping bowl often, until well mixed
  10. Add all the remaining coffee cake ingredients
  11. Continue beating and scraping the bowl often, until smooth
  12. Spread half the batter into pan
  13. Spread peach filling over batter
  14. Drop spoonfuls of remaining batter over filling
  15. Sprinkle with topping
  16. Bake 60-70 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean
  17. Cool 15 minutes
  18. Stir together powdered sugar and enough milk in small bowl for glazing consistency
  19. Drizzle over the cooled coffee cake
