Ingredients

  • Celery
  • Butter
  • Ground Sirloin
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Au Jus Mix
  • Buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. In a large, ovenproof skillet saute celery in 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat for about 4 minutes
  3. Remove celery and let cool
  4. In bowl, combine sirloin, bread crumbs, au jus, and celery
  5. Form in to 4 patties
  6. Melt remaining butter in skillet
  7. Place patties in skillet and cook 2-3 minutes or until bron on one side
  8. Flip patties and place in oven
  9. Cook for 12-15 minutes for medium doneness
  10. Place on buns
