20 Minute Garlic Rosemary Chicken Brown Rice Dinner

⏱ Recipe Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Oil
  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
  • Garlic Powder
  • Dried Rosemary Leaves
  • Reduced-sodium Chicken Broth
  • Water
  • Minute Brown Rice

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat
  2. Add chicken
  3. Sprinkle with 1 / 4 tsp
  4. Each of the garlic powder and rosemary
  5. Cover
  6. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through
  7. Remove chicken from skillet
  8. Add broth and water to skillet
  9. Stir
  10. Bring to boil
  11. Stir in rice and remaining garlic powder and rosemary
  12. Top with chicken
  13. Cover
  14. Cook on low heat 5 minutes
  15. Remove from heat
  16. Let stand 5 minutes
