100% whole wheat, oats, low sugar, low fat wholesome goodness.

Ingredients

  • Whole Wheat Flour
  • Oatmeal
  • Powdered Milk
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Baking Powder
  • Powdered Eggs
  • Fruit
  • Oil
  • Water
  • Vanilla
  • Raisins
  • Egg
  • Cinnamon
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Molasses

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients together
  2. For a bulk mix: double or quadruple the mix
  3. Put mix in a ziploc bag
  4. Label mix bag with cooking instructions
  5. To make 1 batch of muffins measure out 2 cups of dry mix
  6. Preheat oven to 350f
  7. Mix all ingredients together
  8. For banana chips or apple slices, crush and pre soak in 1 / 4 c more water let fruit stand until softened before baking
  9. Spray oil on muffin tins
  10. Fill muffin tins with batter
  11. Bake at 350f until golden 10-15 minutes
