This is an old standby i’ve served as a side dish for years at potlucks and gatherings. I have also stuffed the pea mixture into cherry tomato shells (minus the tomato in the ingredient list!) as an appetizer. Enjoy!

This is a great tasting muffins that is wonderful served with any meal. They are easy to put together and are a nice alternative to ordinary bread. Sometimes i just make them plain cheese without the dill.

This meal could be made with any mild tasting white fish. Broccoli is my choice, or any “hard vegetable” could be used. Cooking is a creative sport. This will make a nice meal for one person served with rice.
