Garlic Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

Creamy and fluffy with a hint of garlic and horseradish.

Ingredients

  • Russet Potatoes
  • Garlic
  • Coarse Salt
  • Fresh Ground Pepper
  • Milk
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Prepared Horseradish

Instructions

  1. Place potatoes and garlic in a large pot
  2. Add enough salted water to cover by 1 inch
  3. Bring to a boil
  4. Cook until potatoes are tender when pierced with the
  5. Drain well, and return to pan
  6. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium low heat, combine milk, butter and horseradish
  7. Cook until butter is melted and milk is hot
  8. Using a ricer, rice potatoes into a large bowl
  9. Stir in milk mixture
  10. Season with salt and pepper
  11. Serve immediately
