Fantastic Sausage Gravy For Biscuits

Description

This is an easy, rich sausage gravy with just a little kick to it if you choose to add the hot sauce.

Ingredients

• Sausage
• Nutmeg
• Onions
• Self Rising Flour
• Sage
• Black Pepper
• White Pepper
• Pork Gravy Mix
• Hot Pepper Sauce
• Half-and-half

Instructions

1. Fry sausage in skillet cutting apart as you cook to make small pieces
2. Drain and reserve 1 / 3 c of grease
3. Remove sausage from skillet
4. Return the 1 / 3 c of grease to it
5. Whisk in the self rising flour until brown
6. Return the sausage and all other ingredients heat until thick
7. Serve over biscuits
