Description
Peanut butter banana muffins – these are high in protein and very healthy! If you want to be really decadent you could add 1 cup of mini chocolate chips too.
Ingredients
- Bananas
- Flour
- Wheat Germ
- Oats
- Brown Sugar
- Baking Powder
- Baking Soda
- Salt
- Peanut Butter
- Butter
- Vanilla
- Egg
- Milk
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in one large bowl
- Put peanut butter and butter in glass measuring cup and microwave until melted, about 40 seconds
- Add peanut butter / butter mix to wet ingredients
- Add wet ingredients to dry and mix gently
- Bake at 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes
