Great side dish. (originally from weightwatchers)

Ingredients

  • Chicken Broth
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Baby Carrots
  • Dill
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. In a small sauce pan combine chicken broth, sugar and salt
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Add carrots and cover
  4. Reducing heat to medium
  5. Simmer until carrots are tender
  6. Drain
  7. Return carrots to pan and add the dill and butter
  8. Toss until butter melts
