Chocolate Covered Cherry Pie

Sweet, pretty & easy to put together. I'm not a big cherry fan but i eat anything that involves chocolate. Cooking time includes chilling time.

Sweet, pretty & easy to put together. I'm not a big cherry fan but i eat anything that involves chocolate. Cooking time includes chilling time.

Ingredients

  • Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • Salt
  • Cherry Pie Filling
  • Almond Extract
  • Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • Chocolate Whipped Cream
  • Maraschino Cherry

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine milk, chocolate chips & salt
  2. Cook and stir over very low heat just until chocolate melts
  3. Combine chocolate mixture with pie filling & extract
  4. Pour into pie crust & chill 2-3 hours or until firm
  5. Garnish with chocolate whipped cream & cherries
