- Cabbage
- Onions
- Leeks
- Salt
- Low Sodium Beef Broth
- Ground Cardamom
- Ground Coriander
- Sugar
- Saffron
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a pot
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes
