A great low calorie dessert. High in carbs, but good carbs. 🙂

Ingredients

  • Banana
  • Seedless Grapes
  • Apple
  • Sugar-free Strawberry Jelly
  • Fat-free Whipped Topping
  • Cherries

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except whipped topping into a bowl
  2. Stir to mix up the preserves in with the fruit
  3. Top with whipped topping and the cherry on top, and serve
