Ingredients
- Tortilla
- Pear
- Butter
- Sugar
- Apricot Jam
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Lightly spray tortilla and place oil-side down on baking sheet
- Peel, core, and thinly slice pear into about 20 slices
- Fan slices out to cover tortilla in a radiating pattern
- Cut cold butter into 6 or 8 pieces and arrange evenly over pear slices
- Sprinkle sugar and nutmeg over the top
- Bake about 15 minutes, until pear is tender and sugar is bubbling
- Stir jam to soften and spread lightly over the tart, using a pastry brush or the back of the spoon
- Cut tart into wedges by pressing straight down with a knife
- Serve warm
