We love mustard and pork together. A tangy-sweet pork chop dish that my family and i love.

Ingredients

  • Brown Sugar
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Cider Vinegar
  • Molasses
  • Ground Mustard
  • Pork Loin Chops With Bone

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, add the brown sugar, dijon mustard, vinegar, molasses, and ground mustard
  2. Whisk until mixture is smooth and blended
  3. Bring mixture to a boil, over medium heat
  4. Stir often
  5. Lower heat, cover pan and simmer 2-3 minutes or until thickened
  6. Place chops in a 13×9 inch baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray
  7. Spoon sauce over chops
  8. Turn chops to coat
  9. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 18-22 minutes or until juices run clear
  10. Baste occasionally
