I don't remember where i got this recipe.. It's a nice one though. Different and healthy- you can leave out the candied ginger if it's not your taste. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- Cheese
- Plain Low-fat Yogurt
- Carrot
- Tomatoes
- Green Bell Pepper
- Cucumber
- Mixed Fresh Herbs
- Candied Ginger
- Hot Sauce
- Salt
- Pita Pocket Bread
Instructions
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients
- Serve in pita bread pockets or rolled in wheat tortillas
