Description
This came from a "light" cook book and makes a great sustitute for heavy cream in dessert recipes. Do not overmix, it will cause it to become too liquidy. Cooking time reflects set time.
Ingredients
- Ricotta Cheese
- Vanilla Yogurt
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients and mix until well blended and smooth
- Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour
- For best results, refridgerate at least 10 hours before using
- Use as needed
