This is my sister-in-law's recipe. It's quick and easy to throw together in the morning. I always use chunky apple sauce in place of the chopped apple.

Ingredients

  • Flour
  • Brown Sugar
  • Baking Powder
  • Salt
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • Apple
  • Milk
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Egg
  • Raisin Bran Cereal

Instructions

  1. Mix together first six ingredients in a large bowl
  2. Add in all remaining ingredients and stir until combined
  3. Bake in greased muffin tins at 350 for 15 minutes
