I got this recipe from another website and modified it for my own tastes. The whole family loves them and they are good for you. I usually make them the jumbo size (makes 12 jumbo).

I got this recipe from another website and modified it for my own tastes. The whole family loves them and they are good for you. I usually make them the jumbo size (makes 12 jumbo).

Ingredients

  • Bananas
  • Eggs
  • Oil
  • Buttermilk
  • Vanilla
  • Apples
  • Dates
  • Walnuts
  • Blueberries
  • Cinnamon
  • Flour
  • Whole Wheat Flour
  • Brown Sugar
  • Quick Oats
  • Oat Bran
  • Wheat Germ
  • Baking Soda
  • Baking Powder
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs and buttermilk
  2. Add remaining wet ingredients
  3. Mix
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients
  5. Add to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined
  6. Bake at 350 for 15-25 minutes
